they used a third party billing instead of emailing us directly for the renewal (which we would have cancelled) and pushed through our payments anyway. not impressed<\/div>

As with many software subscriptions, renewal-related billing emails are sent to the email address used at the time of the original purchase. In this case, the subscription had been set up several years ago and continued as a recurring renewal unless canceled.\nWe certainly understand how frustrating this can feel if those notices were missed, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. beware of these people, I told them to stop my subscription and they charged my card anyway.\n1 month later: Actually you did not refund my card and I am now using trust reviews if you scroll down you will see that.<\/div>
