Our subscriptions are processed through Paddle, which handles billing and subscription renewals for us. As with many software subscriptions, renewal-related billing emails are sent to the email address used at the time of the original purchase. In this case, the subscription had been set up several years ago and continued as a recurring renewal unless canceled.
We certainly understand how frustrating this can feel if those notices were missed, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ve now taken care of the cancellation/refund on our side and apologize for the inconvenience.

beware of these people, I told them to stop my subscription and they charged my card anyway.
1 month later: Actually you did not refund my card and I am now using trust reviews if you scroll down you will see that.
Response from the owner:It seems you did not contact us, but our reseller. The reseller forwards all emails to us with a short gap and we did not have time to cancel your subscription. However, now the refund has been made and the subscription has been cancelled, despite the fact that you continue to use the business plugin on your site, it’s probably not very fair to give us one star for this?
